Mission Statement:

American Russian Minority Business Development Association (ARMBDA) is a US based corporation and a member of the National US agency, the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) under the US Department of Commerce. ARMBDA’s “Mission Statement” is precisely, ‘to organize the commercial and industrial business / market opportunities that exist today in the territory of the former U.S.S.R.; for the sole purpose of marketing and generating U.S. products / exports in the region”.

Our Goal:

Our corporation's primary goal is to work with various organizations and institutions in the former USSR., to promote U.S. exports and business development in the territory of the former U.S.S.R.; by establishing strategic alliances and/or trade relations with capable Russian companies as our partners.

In order to achieve ARMBDA’s main goal, ARMBDA utilizes its high-level network of present and former trade ministers in the former U.S.S.R., to identify and develop these “emerging market”, export opportunities for the mutual benefit of U.S. businesses, as well as businesses in the territory of the former U.S.S.R. (both minority and majority firms, alike). The business interests and /or requirements for U.S. trade partners in the territory of the former U.S.S.R., will be effectively serviced through ARMBDA’s Moscow and Kiev corporate offices.

We anxiously look forward to developing mutually beneficial trade relations / partnering between U.S. companies and businesses in the territory of the former U.S.S.R., which will inure to the benefit of both U.S. corporations and Russian companies, minority and majority firms alike.

ARMBDA is successful in the business of developing equipment leasing opportunities with majority U.S. companies, on behalf of its Russian partners.

ARMBDA’s “business plan” shall be implemented as follows:

1. Market U.S. companies’ goods and services within the Russian government structures and business circles.

2. Assist U.S. companies and Russian companies in contract procurement opportunities.

3. Encourage and support companies that (i) offer goods and services that are environmentally responsible and (ii) companies that are committed to the preservation of world natural resources.

4. Encourage and support companies whose products and/or services are dedicated to improving the quality of life and providing ecological solutions to business models / activities that threaten or challenge the environment. .

5. Engage in trade activities that result in generating a significant, “positive” increase of U.S. trade exports into the region / territory of the former U.S.S.R.

6. Providing project financing for various projects.

7. Manage the transportation and logistics / details required in the import / export of products between the United States and Russia..

8. Manage and underwrite the potential risks for transacting import / export business between the U.S. and Russia; provide surety bond(s) and or insurance policies as required.

9. Identify import / export trade opportunities for both U.S. and Russian trade partners.

10. Projects may include acquisition and/or development of commercial real estate in the U.S. and/or in the territory of the former U.S.S.R.
